Tap our digital kiosk and step into your private suite. Everything is pre-stocked and waiting for you. Grab a waterproof apron, lead your pup into the suite, and massage our rich, color-coded premium shampoos deep into their coat. Take your time—there are no ticking clocks here.
STEP 2: THE TOWEL DOWN.
Wrap your pup in our plush microfibers and gather your things. Leave the wet mess behind—our Concierge team performs a complete sanitation reset between every single guest so you can head straight to the Blowout Lounge.

Step 3: The Blowout Lounge.
Don't stress your dog by drying them in a humid tub. Move to our dedicated, semi-enclosed Drying Lounges. Slip a complimentary "House Hoodie" over their ears to keep them perfectly calm, and use our variable-speed force dryers to safely blast away shedding undercoat! (Want your own Happy Hoodie? We sell brand-new ones in our retail cabinet!)

Sometimes you just want to sit back and leave it to the pros. Soapy Snout is proud to partner with elite, independent local groomers operating right out of our private in-house salon suite. Whether your Doodle needs a full summer haircut, or your pup just needs a quick nail-trim and ear cleaning in a quiet environment, our styling partners have you covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we highly recommend joining our VIP Wash Club so you can skip the queue and access our Member-Priority suite during busy weekends.

Just your dog on a secure leash! We provide the aprons, unlimited fluffy towels, brushes, thick salon shampoos, paw wipes, ear hoodies, and commercial dryers.

Absolutely not. We don’t use coin-operated timers because we want you and your dog to have a calm, stress-free bonding experience. Stay as long as you need to get the job done right.

For the safety and stress levels of all animals, our open-floor self-serve spa is strictly Dog-Only. The high-velocity dryers and presence of other dogs create an unsafe environment for felines. (However, our in-house professional grooming partner may accept feline clients for private, stress-free grooming behind closed doors!)

Soapy Snout Premium Dog Wash, LLC ("Soapy Snout," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

Identity and contact information. Your first and last name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and date of birth.
 
Pet information. Your dog's name, breed, age, birthday, photo, vaccination acknowledgment, behavioral history acknowledgment, and any care notes you provide.
 
Transaction information. Visit history, services purchased, subscription status, payment history, and promotional code redemption. Payment card information is processed by Square and is not stored by Soapy Snout.
 
Communication information. Records of SMS messages, email communications, waiver submissions, survey responses, and feedback you provide.
 
Marketing source information. The advertisement, referral source, or campaign through which you reached us, where applicable.
 
Facility usage information. Date and time of visits, services used, and any incident reports related to your visit.
 
 
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Provide and operate our self-serve dog wash services, including check-in, subscription management, and facility access.
 
Communicate with you about your visits, subscription, account status, and service updates via SMS and email.
 
Send promotional communications about Soapy Snout services, including VIP membership offers, free wash promotions, holiday greetings, and birthday wishes for your registered pets. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
 
Process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment processor.
 
Maintain transaction records as required by Washington State and federal law.
 
Respond to your inquiries, feedback, and service requests.
 
Improve our services, train our team, and develop new offerings.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information collected via SMS with third parties for marketing purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Access. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
 
Correction. You can request that we correct inaccurate information.
 
Deletion. You can request deletion of marketing data, dog profiles, and photos at any time. Transaction and financial records that we are required to retain by Washington State and federal law cannot be deleted before the required retention period expires.
 
Opt-out. You can opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP to any message. You can opt out of promotional email by clicking unsubscribe in any email. Transactional communications related to active subscriptions and service operations may continue.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
 
By providing your phone number to Soapy Snout, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your visits, subscription, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
 
We do not sell, rent, or share information collected through our SMS program with third parties for marketing purposes. The information collected through SMS is used solely to operate and communicate about Soapy Snout services.
 
 
DATA RETENTION
 
We retain transaction records and required business data for seven years after your last transaction with us, in accordance with Washington State and federal record-keeping requirements.
 
Marketing data, dog profiles, photos, and similar non-required information can be deleted upon request at any time by emailing chasen@soapysnout.com.
 
 
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
 
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
 
 
SECURITY
 
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Soapy Snout Premium Dog Wash, LLC ("Soapy Snout," "we," "us," or "our"), including our self-serve dog wash facility at 3010 Harrison Ave NW Suite 106, Olympia, WA 98502, our website (soapysnout.com), our mobile communications, and any related services.
 
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 
 
SERVICES
 
Soapy Snout operates a premium self-serve dog wash facility. Our services include single-visit Spa Rituals, monthly VIP Wash Club memberships, Family Add-On memberships, and Commercial Pro Plan memberships.
 
Pricing for each service is posted at our facility, on our website, and confirmed at the point of sale. We may change pricing from time to time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
 
 
ELIGIBILITY
 
You must be at least 18 years old to use our facility or enter into any subscription with us. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older.
 
 
YOUR DOG
 
You are responsible for your dog's behavior and well-being while at our facility. By using our services, you confirm that:
 
Your dog is current on rabies vaccination as required by Washington State law.
 
Your dog has not bitten a person or another dog within the past twelve months.
 
Your dog is in good health and free of contagious conditions, including but not limited to kennel cough, parvovirus, and active flea or tick infestation that has not been treated within the past 24 hours.
 
You will keep your dog leashed at all times outside the wash bays and remain with your dog throughout the visit.
 
You will follow all facility rules posted at the front counter and any direction given by Soapy Snout staff.
 
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 
Self-serve dog washing involves risks, including but not limited to slips and falls, water exposure, dog-on-dog interaction, dog-on-human interaction, and exposure to grooming products. By using our facility, you assume these risks on behalf of yourself and your dog.
 
 
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soapy Snout, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury to you or your dog, damage to your property, loss of income, or emotional distress.
 
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
 
 
SUBSCRIPTIONS
 
VIP Wash Club, Family Add-On, and Commercial Pro Plan are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Square. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled by you.
 
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
 
VIP Wash Club provides unlimited self-serve washes during posted operating hours, subject to fair use. Family Add-On provides VIP benefits to additional registered dogs in the same household. Commercial Pro Plan is available Monday through Thursday only and is subject to a fifty-wash monthly cap, with overage washes billed at five dollars per wash.
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if a member or their dog repeatedly violates facility rules or these Terms.
 
 
REFUNDS
 
Refunds are issued only when service could not be provided due to equipment failure, facility issue, or our error. Once a wash session begins or a subscription period is active, fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
 
If you experience an equipment failure or facility issue during your visit, please notify the Concierge immediately so we can resolve it or issue an appropriate refund or credit.
 
 
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
 
Promotional codes, free wash offers, and similar promotions are subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire as stated at the time of issuance.
 
 
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
 
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your visits, subscription, and our services, including promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
 
 
PHOTO AND VIDEO
 
Our facility may use security cameras for safety and operational purposes. By entering our facility, you consent to being recorded for these purposes.
 
If you provide a photo of your dog, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photo on your digital membership pass. Marketing use of dog photos requires your separate consent through our liability waiver or a separate written release.
 
 
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES
 
You agree not to:
 
Use our facility or services in any way that violates applicable law.
 
Bring an aggressive, sick, or unvaccinated dog to our facility.
 
Damage or misuse our equipment or facility.
 
Bring more than one dog into a wash bay at a time, unless those dogs share a household and are comfortable together.
 
Allow your dog off-leash in any area outside the wash bays.
 
Use our facility for commercial grooming, breeding services, or any business purpose other than what is permitted under an active Commercial Pro Plan.
 
 
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
 
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or SMS. Your continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
 
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington.
